We got a 7% PPD for a wound to the right hand where stitches were required and 4%PPD for an open wound to the left hand for a different claim that required no stitches
Self Insured Workers Compensation Settlements
- We settled two old claims (2003 and 2004) for six hundred dollars ($600.00) each. These two claims were forgotten by our client but we kept them alive throughout the years with the purpose of eventually settling them.
- A case in court in Cuyahoga County on an injured worker;s appeal where claim was allowed for low back sprain but additional conditions were lost administratively was settled for $6,000.00
- A Cleveland client moved to Northern California for another job, we surprised out client with a going away gift when we settled out her newly contested lumbar sprain claim for six thousand dollars ($6,000.00)
