We filed a lawsuit on the behalf of our minor client who got hit head on while a passenger in a car. When negotiations with the insurance company broke down we filed suit. When the vehicle was struck she was thrown about the automobile and sustained permanent injuries to her neck, back, bilateral shoulders and experiences constant headaches. At the time of the filing of her lawsuit she had over $4,500.00 in medical bills.
